Interview - Essay ExampleI also learned that teachers can make use of a great variety of tools in purchase order to communicate. The methods available have naturally changed over the years with advances in technology. I learned though that despite these rapid changes the basis of teaching remains the uniform, and that is to all the way communicate in a way that can be understood by a diverse group of people. For students who do not have face as a first language it can be even harder. This is where extra effort is required on the part of the teacher, who should not place the same expectations on those students because of their lack of ability.I benefitted greatly from meeting with an expert because I was really able to do more than just scratch the surface and understand the answer to questions that have always puzzled me. I am not sure that the teaching field leave be my chosen career path, still it was still very interesting to get some quality time asking in-depth questions with an expert. The greatest benefit that I took from this interview was that teaching is not something that I should get myself into unless I am able to put my full heart and soul into it. If I just go along with the motions for a while thence it wont be enough and my career would suffer as a result. Even though this might appear to be simple enough or common sense it was actually really good to hear about some real life experience and what can go wrong if the unspoilt attitude is not present.The surprising thing that I learned from this assignment is that the teaching field is far more competitive than I ever thought. I had always assumed that with a strong need for teachers there would be plenty to go around. In actual fact the teaching profession requires a lot of dedication and hard work. The pay is relatively low compared to other jobs of importance, but really the teaching field has the most potential of all because it will equip the students of today to become the leaders o f tomorrow.
